ur decorative wire grilles are manufactured from various gauges of steel wires that are custom crimped and woven to create the designs.

We utilize round, square, flat, and fluted wires to make the following types of crimps:

Single Crimp (S)    Intercrimp (C)    Press Crimp (P)   Flat Crimp (F) 
The aviary wire designs (1020T & 1220T) come in standard 36" width.  Length is minimum 48" and can increase in 1" increments up to a maximum of 100".

Custom cut sizes are available by request. We also have the manufacturing capacity to mass-produce custom sizes for use in factory-line production of furniture, cabinets, and other applications.

Our selection of woven wire grilles will give a look of distinction to your kitchen or bar cabinets. 16" x 42" sheets can be easily cut to meet your needs!
