Description
Bronze/copper powder sintered filter elements are a kind of elements made of copper alloy powder sintered at a high temperature. These elements have high filtration precision, good air permeability, high mechanical strength, high utilization of materials. Therefore, they are suitable for high operating temperatures and impact resistance and they are widely used in pneumatic components, chemical, and environmental protection sectors.

Due to the high-temperature nanoparticle sintering process, these elements can be made into any shape by the molds. All shape can be custom. Example for: long cylindrical sintered copper filter elements; sintered copper filter elements with screws; tiny holes filter element; sintered copper filter elements with smooth surfaces
